After going to Coventry eye care on Central street for three years, I always felt they were a little too cold and not very helpful (the receptions and administrative team not the Doctor), not to mention their pricing is a bit unreasonable. So I decided to go some place where I and my money would be appreciated. After shopping around for a new place, a friend recommended Visual Eyes Too on Sherman and it was a match made in Heaven. I’ve been going there for five or six years now and I couldn’t be happier. The ENTIRE staff is incredible. Even the rare times where I had an issue, they are quick to resolve.
Every place makes mistakes and there’s no utopia of eye glass wear and I’m a picky person, but again, I have been happy. Especially when I constantly call to reschedule my appointments, they are patient and willing to work with my schedule.
It’s so great, I’ve been referring friends, family and co workers.
