I needed my cared towed to the dealership, Len Lyell Chevy; they came on-time and were very reasonable. I was worried after reading some of the reviews however when I called Len Lyell back to inquire about more info about extreme they told me that they have been using them for a few years and have had zero complaints about them. So I wanted to post a more objective review because I chose them to tow my car and I had no problems calling them whatsoever.
