Businiess name:  AMOS Associates In Maxillofacial & Oral Surgery
Review by:  Adam L.
Review content:
This is a review specifically for the office staff at AMOS. I underwent a major surgery there, and they were only somewhat helpful in guiding us in preparing for it. Since they do these procedures ALL the time, they should tell people common issues with getting stuff arranged, especially finances (loans through programs they recommend). Their favorite thing to say is "it's easy, you can apply quickly the week before." Then when you ask them why they didn't tell you that the financing company actually requires this or that thing they say "well, finances are the client's responsibility, you should have applied further in advance to allow time for problems." Gee, thanks. Now we are ALL inconvenienced in having to reschedule so we can get the necessary paperwork done, because you didn't tell us how this really works. Moral: ASK QUESTIONS! Don't assume anything... Epilogue: The surgery finally got done and went well. They definitely know what they're doing, even if they don't fill you in on it.
