Ruth has an ability to hone in on the trouble spots and apply the right touch to bring relief to the aches I present to her. She listens to what I tell her, and applies pressure to the joints with her elbows, which really brings relief. That's deep tissue work for you. Being an athlete, I feel great relief after an hour or hour and a half, and I'm able to run that extra mile or two that I couldn't have done without her deep tissue work. It's close to Minneapolis where I work, and I live in St. Paul, so it's easy to get to. Great location and parking is easy. This is in Minnesota, not Florida.
