Review content:
I had an appointment with the lead hairdresser. I was quickly rushed through my color being put in my hair, with minimal product. Jen didn't listen to what I wanted at all. She did her own thing and it came out horrible. I have never seen such bad highlights since I went to beginning stylists fresh out of school. They were poorly space (the whole nine of them) and some where near my roots, others inches away) Their fix to complaint, to of course get more services- $$$! I have never been so dissatisfied in a place. I went elsewhere and got exactly what I wanted and I was the blond I wanted to be. They by the way charged $90 for actual highlights that amounted to more than just a few. By the way the eyebrow stylists also isn't good. I ignore other yelp reviews hoping it was just someone else, but I should of listened. Bring your money elsewhere or you will get a botch job and the receptionist will tell you how good it is and the salon will do nothing to fix it.
