This is the only rental company I have ever had a problem with, but OMG. The turn around time for any sort of complaint was always between least four days and a week and a half (including when my boiler broke down TWICE during the winter). The common areas of the property (laundry area, grounds, etc.) were allowed to degrade to an amazing extent, and when I finally left my RPM property, they sent me a bill for time I wasn't in the property and for repairs on problems that existed before I got there.
However, the problems I had are really small compared to how this company has affected the owner of the property. I've never met the owner, but during the time I lived there, the backyard went from being a nice grassy area to a muddy mess where the renters downstairs keep there dogs, and the building itself has gone from a cute yet old building to a dive. AMAZING!!!
Pros: Office conveniently located nearby
Cons: Bad customer service and little actual property maintenance
