. I worked with Greater Syracuse Moving and Storage's Melissa Scharzzi at my origin city. They were easy to work with and resilient when I had to move dates around due to a death in the family. They were also patient and spent time with me answering all my questions . Once the Truck arrived the Kudos go to Driver Steve Bethell. He is a veteran and a gentleman. All my interactions with Mr.Bethell were pleasant and professional. My move combined brand new furniture right from the factory and also antiques over 100 years old that have been in my family for generations.Every thing arrived in perfect condition.My experience with this move was the best one ever.I have shipped from Syracuse to Seattle many times over the years.You must know you have such great team members working under your banner.
