THIS WAS THE WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER DEALT WITH. CLUELESS. Joe the owner did my install. Dropped off all components to be installed. I picked up truck, stock head unit, kick panel nut and seat mount covers were missing (found out later). The Subs didnt work when I picked up truck. Joe blamed it on the system processor. When I asked about the kick panel nut missing, Joe, tells me quote â??no problem, when we get another truck in like yours well take it off and give it to you, thatâ??s what we doâ? end quote. Week later and hours on phone with Alpine, the subs were hooked up wrong and out of phase. Wires to subs were falling off. Had to argue with Joe to get my truck back in. An installer with a clue fixed the wiring problem in 15 minutes. Days later I realized my stock parts were missing. Picked up my head unit then called next day talked to Joe about replacing my missing parts. He says he didnt lose the parts and called me a Jackass on the phone. I just hope no one else gets ripped off like I did. It doesnt get any worse than this.
