I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your quick response and positive attitude during out recent hot water heater emergencies. I especially want to thank your installing technician, for his extra efforts, friendly demeanor and positive attitude throughout our problematic installations. Your phone operators were also very attractive, sensitive to our dilemma and quick respond. Your personal attention to the matter, even on Sunday, was most appreciated. I have also told Ron Cici, Sears Dist. Manager how satisfied I am with your people and your work.
