For anyone who loves their shoes as much as I do, and hate to throw a cute (not to mention expensive) pair out just because the heel is broken - they are the best place ever.
I have been through my share of shoe repair people, and this place is hands down the best. If you need something before their usual time, they will do it right away for you. Plus they actually fix the bottom of heels properly with hard ends, not the cheap soft stuff. AND, if you have expensive shoes that you can hardly bear to part with they don't manhandle them either.
The only downfalls are they are a bit pricey, ($36 to resole/re-heel one pair of pumps), they make you pay in advance, and they ALWAYS run a day late, but believe me it is worth every penny! Also if you are looking to resole a leather sole with another leather (i.e. dance shoes), they don't do that.
But the good definitely outweighs the bad. I love this shoe place!!!!
