Z Pizza was a welcome addition to my normal repertoire of delivery restaurants, with a new spin on delivery Pizza and gourmet type offerings, I was excited to try them out. However, my excitement ended soon after my first order was delivered over 45 minutes late. When I opened up the order the food was cold and squished to one side. When I called to complain, it turns out it was the manager of that location that actually delivered my food. She stated she was having a bad day because her driver called in sick, so she had to do all the deliveries herself. Yet, she made no attempt at fixing my order or offering any concessions to make up for the poor quality of the delivered product. I chalked that experience up to a bad day and tried them again and the second time wasn't much better. I finally decided to give them one more shot. I put in my order online around 3:45PM. At 5:00PM I called in to check the status and was told that they don't start delivering until 5:00PM despite the fact that their website clearly stated the delivery hours as 11:00AM-9:00PM. I asked if my food was at least on it's way, and I was told no, because they were still waiting for their driver to show up. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she was off that day. I canceled my order and asked them to have the manager call me when she got back in. Additionally, I wrote a letter into their corporate offices. I never heard anything back from either. I won't order from them again. Pros: Good Food, Good Concept Cons: Poor Customer Service, Late Deliveries, Cold Food
