My experience with Your local merchant very negative. They company drafted from our c/c to much money and we had no results. One professional computer geek that has monitored our account along with myself. The web performance has significantly ruined our position with Google for six months. I want a refund, and I want a commitment this week. The BBB complaint was only one of many things we have initiated to get justice. We will let the BBB know this is settled after we get our refund.?
