After passing their billboard advertising them as a dealer for Pandora charms I decided to take a look at their collection. They only had a small amount of charms and I ordered the one I was looking for ... well, that is 7 weeks ago and my charm is not even near. I call them every week to hear more excuses why the charm (that I already paid for) has not arrived yet. They won't return your call if you leave a voice mail. I am very disappointed and hope that I will receive my charm at some point. That was the first and last time I shopped at Pittman.
