Businiess name:  Aquarius Aquariums

Review content:
I never write these reviews but this time I had to, I have 2 tanks one in my office and one at home the office tank is about 5 years old my new home tank about 6 months.I have had 4 different aquarium companys, and I am thankfull that i now use Aquarius, They actually show up when they say they will, they are very knowledgeable, and allthough this may not be important to the fish they are presentable and friendly, they keep my tanks clean my fish live and they don't mess up my apartment, they are not cheap but i have paid more for terrible service (see below) . A little History: at the direction of my designer I bought my new aquarium from what was " the best aquarium design companys which i was fortunate enough that my designer had a special relationship with" I should have know better. I fired my existing service company which I was never happy with (very unreliable) and started with the new company, My bills instantly doubled at the office lots and lots of supplies that i needed . Ok so if they are the best then i'm expecting to spend more. now for the new tank.. delays , problems, missing items, fighting between the aquarium guy and the designer etc.. New tanks in and all of a sudden the aquarium guy is replaced by the service guy who changes all the time (at the office i don't care so much but at home well i'm not there, keys from the doorman i want to know whos in my house) Next lots more stuff to buy, fish dying, they show up whenever or not at all, the tanks are ok but they leave a mess behind. the final straw is when the third new service person came to the office after being at my house, both office and home needed big water changes because " the last person didn't do it right" end result all fish in 2 tanks dead , because he didn't add salt to the new water, none at all in saltwater aquariums if the office had been the first visit i wouldn't have let him do this at home but he had allready been there , the company owners apologized and offered discounted fish as replacements but this was inexcusable
