After waiting for an hour, I finally got to speak to someone at Arlington Red Top Cap who informed me that no cab was even on the way - no driver accepted the call. No, they can't tell me that a cab will ever be here. No, when they told me 15-20 minutes they were just guessing - it wasn't a promise or even an informed guesstimate. That's just what they say to everyone, every time.
Friday night - gone - thanks to Arlington Red Top Cab. They couldn't be bothered to send a cab, or call, or tell the truth in the first place.
