This is the 1st time I have an experience bad enough to write bout it. I gave this joint 2 chances and a 3rd one to a different branch. Let me talk bout this branch 1st. they said that you could dine in. Well, the seating area was within a gas station, which was fine although unusual, but was so poor, filthy, unorganized. So I ordered for a pick up. Staff looked very unprepared and didn't have the right outfit like caps or hats or any hair covers. It also smelled like there was some cigarettes smoking back in the kitchen. Pizza crust tasted and felt exactly like crackers. Sauce tasted like ketchup with lots of seasoning that guarantees a heartburn. Rest of ingredients were very fresh & cheese was very good. Expensive pizza too, that large one cost almost $17. They pile up their toppings really high though. Staff was friendly. The second time it wasn't easy to get a hold of them since I was trying to place an order because I had a coupon. I called several times & there was no answer. They kept pushing there opening hours from 11am to 3pm but still advertised they opened at 11. Staff closed before closing hours advertised. Finally, I placed an order that took bout 45 minutes to get to me. Finally, they closed & they've been promising since then Albertville with a new branch coming soon, but it's been several months already. I tried the Isanti store. Pizza tasted like if ingredients were coming from a different wholesaler. Tasted different and delivery took a long time as well.
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Expensive, Poor Service, Unreliable, Not Clean.
