Review content:
This park and farm was owned by Pulitzer Prize winner Louis Bromfield. It is a working farm but it is better known as the retreat where Bogart and Bacall were married in 1945.
Today Malabar farm has fishing in the lake by the house for the young kids, tours of the house where Mr. Bromfield entertained his Hollywood guests and there are hay rides and other events held during the year.
The best known of these events is the annual “Heritage Days” festival featuring many local craftsmen and their work for sale.
There is ample parking for both big and small events, Thre are picnic areas both around the farm and off the main property for your family or community events.
