I was recently in a wedding and had some issues with my bridesmaid dress (another bridesmaid had issues with hers as well). We are all aware that stuff like this happens, so we were all trying to stay very calm in order to keep the bride from getting too worried and/or upset. One of the women at Dior was extremely helpful and positive. She put our minds at ease a bit. But, unfortunately, the owner took care of us from there... She, on the contrary, was rude, condescending, impolite, and narcissistic. We could not believe our ears when we were told she was the owner! I will never step foot in that place again, nor will I ever recommend Dior to anyone in the future. She left that big of an impression on me, and it’s very unfortunate because most of the other women that work there are wonderful.
