Every time I go to Haven... It's always SOMETHING...
1) Received a gift certificate for a FRENCH manicure/pedicure WITH gratuity. I didn't know the gift certificate was for a french mani/pedi so I chose one color AND paid gratuity.
2) Front desk is not only incompetent but EXTREMELY rude - My appointment was made TWO hours late and not with the specific waxer I asked for... I decided to grab something to eat, wait for an opening, then come back ONLY to be greeted by another waxer who wasn't the regular woman I go to.
Though, Haven's price is great... I can not take the lack of service.
