If you're getting a facial be prepared to have scabs on your face for a remainder of the week. I have very normal skin, no acne problems and minimal white/black heads. I've had a facial twice at this place and only went back the second time b/c I had a gift certificate, thinking perhaps it was the facialist. Twice I was wrong and twice I walked out looking BUSTED! I've gotten plenty of facials before at many different places and always walked out glowing. Not when I left Haven. Also, if you're looking for the ultimate spa experience look elsewhere. There is no LADIES locker room, and no robe or comfy slippers to put on. Be prepared to hang your clothes on the back of a door in the room your put in. I can forgo the spa experience if the facialist was worth it. Not here!
