I don't know what some of the bad reviewers were expecting and maybe they didn't do their homework and that's why they were disappointed. I have going here for well over a year and always have a warm and relaxing experience. I've had the immaculate Brazilian wax, a massage, facials and several of the body treatments all wonderful experiences. The place is always spotless and clean, some girl said 'sterile' and I would certainly take that any day!
Pros: easy location, moderate pricing, very clean
Cons: seating area, no tip on credit card
