Review content:
I happened upon Haven by accident two or so years ago...and more importantly, I happened upon Vladimir! As a woman with chronic neck and shoulder tension, this first meeting wound up changing my life! Vladimir uses exactly the right pressure. He is thorough and does not chat during the massage (n one wants to have a conversation while they're being massaged!). The real difference, too, is that he goes the extra step...for example, instructing you on exercises/stretches you can do to help your particular problem areas. When he suggested in our first meeting that I could benefit from regular massages, I listened. I've now been seeing Vladimir once every 4-6 weeks for about two years and I couldn't imagine not doing so. What would my neck feel like without Vladimir in my life!?
Pros: Vladimir is the best masseur in NYC!
Cons: The manicures/pedicures are no better (maybe even not as good) than what you get at any inexpensive nail salon in the city
