I've gone to Haven twice now; once for a full body massage and the other for the remedy facial. Their prices are comparable with other spas in NYC and I've not had any problems getting the appointment time, I wanted. The receptionists at the front were very nice and my appointments started at the scheduled time. There was minimal talking (which I like!!) with the esthetician--only at the beginning to ask me questions re: my usual skin care regimen and issues I wanted to address. She also suggested a scrub for my particular skin issue...though it was expensive, it's actually working, so it's worth the money. The massage therapist was very nice, but a bit chatty for my liking, but the massage was great! I went home without the usual knot I carry around in my neck.
Pros: prompt service, courteous staff, variety of services
