It's amazing what people can find to complain about...Tom Busch didn't personally make the faulty chair, and most manufacturers don't even stand behind their own products for more than a couple months after purchase unless you buy their COSTLY insurance! Even then, there is some fine print that excludes whatever it is you need to have fixed. People amaze me anymore..always wanting something for nothing! My family has purchased furniture from Tom Busch for many many years. They are friendly, helpful, and very generous with their customers and their community. My home and belongings were destroyed in a flood in 2009 and the Tom Busch family brought me into their basement and let me pick out some of their damaged or slightly used items for free. They offered to let me have anything I needed and reassured me that there are still decent, & honest people in the world. Thank you Busch Family.
