Good: Nothing. Bad: I ordered furniture and it was suppose to take 12 weeks max. Now it is over 22 weeks and I still have no furniture. Add to this that they kept my CC# on file so charged the balanve without my permission or even telling me untill I got a letter a week later. But still no sign of any furniture. I am work with my CC to remove the charges..
