In all fairness, I didn't stay to experience my scheduled $70 manicure and pedicure... after waiting 15 minutes soaking in a filthy pedicure tub and being served tap water in a styrofoam cup I decided to save my money and try to find someplace worth the money and wait. The tubs and surrounding area are absolutely filthy and look as though they haven't been cleaned in months... It is beyond me how Philadelphians accept these kind of conditions at this kind of price for a service.
