I read that a particular person here was the best in the city for Brazilian waxes...well her attitude is terrible. I had to go here twice before I could even get an appointment with her b/c she was always booked up. Well, the day of my much anticipated appointment, I got stuck in traffic and was running late. I called and told them I'd be about 10 mins late and they said, "no problem". Moments later I received a call from a man who identified himself as the "salon manager" and he was calling to reschedule my appointment because I was late! I explained that I had called and was told it was ok and after arguing with me he hung up in a huff. I ran into the salon very apologetic but she was very scruff and unprofessional. She didn't introduce herself and went on and on about how her entire day was screwed up b/c I was late. She talked about it so much that as I was undressing that I asked her if she'd just prefer me to reschedule. She said 'not now, but I certainly don't have time for a brazilian". She rushed through my appointment, gave me a crappy bikini wax instead of a brazilian as I had requested, and I was out of there by 10:35. To top it all off, on my way out, she got in a very loud argument with the manager at the counter b/c he gave her next client to someone else thinking that she wasn't going to be finished in time. As if they hadn't beat it into my head enough, they continued to argue about it while my transaction was running through the credit card machine. It was the most horrific and unprofessional salon experience I have ever endured and it's ironic that the other 2 times I was there 15 mins early and didn't get seen until 20 mins late! I will NEVER go back here. I shell out way too much money for this kind of stuff to be treated like that and I won't tolerate it.
