I’ve been a customer of Sum Li for the last 6 years of my life and it has been good, but not spectacular. The staff, including Sum Li, are unbelievably helpful and evoke a friendless that you don’t find too much in business’ nowadays. The prices are cheap, and he usually throws in a free toothbrush after his services are done, which is a plus. The drawback however is, he takes a extremely long time to get his services done and does not do it with the gentlest touch.
