Businiess name:  Mitchell's Auto Repair : Best - Honest - Reliable

Review content:
First, Mitchell is a perfectly nice guy. Seems knowledgable and is generally pleasant. However, if you would like your car fixed correctly and fixed the first time, beware. I had Mitchell put a new windshield in my classic Porsche 911. Not only did it look like a mess when returned, but it leaked from both lower corners. I brought it back a week later, pointed out the two areas where it wasn't sealed, and asked him to fix it. When I picked up the car a few days later -- having been told it was fixed -- surprise surprise - same leak, same place. I'm guessing they decided to not even look at the car. So now, after paying Mitchell $500 in labor to install the windshield, I have had to pay another mechanic $800 to clean out the mess and reinstall. As if that wasn't enough, I also had Mitchell fix the power locks -- which were not working properly. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that the same problem arose 2 months after he "fixed it". If you want a cheap oil change, go to Mitchell. If you want something done correctly - and done correctly the first time - go somewhere else. Pros: Cheap, Nice guy Cons: Poor workmanship, Will need to return often for same issue
