Bad: A yr ago Apr 09, Damatra came to clean our roof, then 3 wks later treated it (paid full). But our roof never get to the CLEAN shade that Damatra claimed it (still like hasn't been cleaned). I called them Aug 09, the paperwork said wait for 3 to 4 mths. I was told to call them again 2 mths later (Oct 09). Then Damatra scheduled us in, but on the morning of the scheduled date (esp. sunny morning), they will call to postpone for another week, then another 2 weeks and so on. Scheduled today 4/15/10 DIDN'T SHOW!. Improvements: Keep the schedule, show up when suspose to!!!
Honor the 5 years warranty!!!. Other: Friends asked us "did you really clean your roof?"
We won't even give Damatra 1 star!
I know Damatra will NEVER show up again,
This company really tested our patient!
They will come very quick if it is "an estimate" call.
After that, you are lucky if you get any good service from Damatra!.
