Vesta is exceptional. No longer do my wife and I have to go to Portland for a great meal, we can stay right here in town. I take exception to the New Years Eve post, clearly anyone looking for salt and pepper shakers on their table were in the wrong place, this food is perfection. We frequent Vesta at least once a month if not more and never have we been disappointed. The kitchen is spot on with what the bring out. The servers are attentive and knowledgable. Depending on the amount of business the Chef/Owner Morris comes out to talk to the tables. It is a dining experience and more pleasurable than I've had any where else and I've been all over in my travels.............to find someplace like this in my home town................awesome! Highly recommended to anyone that can appreciate the quality of a fine meal.
