Want to catch the best Premier League or European Championship football (soccer)? The George is definately the place. They've got two nice sized TVs to watch the games. They often show the satellite-only games from Sky and Setanta that you will never get on local cable. The atmosphere during the games are great. The website has the daily schedule.
The beer selection is good, lots of imports on tap and the foods not half bad either. The bangers and mash are great and the bacon bap and a Guiness first thing in the morning are great too. The bartenders are friendly as well.
They've got a wifi connection if you're into that at the pub.
