We were particularly impressed with your forthright approach in negotiating, as well as your thoughtfulness in not pressuring us at any time to purchase a vehicle, but rather encouraging us to take our time... These are the things that really make a difference to a prospective buyer, and we are most grateful to you and the Southern States "team" for making our purchase an enjoyable one !
We come away from this experience knowing we were treated fairly, having obtained the "best" deal out there and at the same time pleased that "Southern States" was also able to benefit from the experience.
