This was my second attempt to get service from this crappy excuse for a salon. Aveda should be ashamed to have their name associated with this dump!!!! I have been to several Aveda and non Aveda Spas and this is the WORST service I have ever received. They are RUDE and LAZY!!! After the first trip in I assumed that the lousy rude costumer service was due to maybe a bad day, so I gave them a second chance only to be treated worse. All I did was walk in to ask for an appointment to get a pedicure done and was ignored while the staff played on the computer and talking to friends that were just there to visit. After waiting 10 minutes I was turned away because they said they were closing in 35 minutes. Unless you want to be treated like crap STAY AWAY!! There are several other Spas/ Salons within a 5-10 min drive from this place and they will actually treat you like a person.
Pros: nothing
Cons: poor service. lousy atmosphere
