Review content:
I called H. John Davis and Company this morning in need of Emergency repair for my furnace. I called the answering service and then the technician called me back. The tech. said he would be at my house in 4 to 5 hours. After waiting 7 hours without hearing from anyone, I called again. I finally got a call back from someone in their office saying that I wasn't an "Active Customer" anymore. Not being an active customer, no one was going to come to help me. I can't believe H. John Davis and Company didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know that no one was going to come. They were going to let me sit the entire day thinking I was getting service. That's real nice. In the middle of winter to let someone sit with no heat or hot water. I am shocked that a heating company would treat someone this way. Is there no ethics in this company?
Please, anyone who finds this review. Keep looking for another company to provide you with home heating and cooling needs.
