Review content:
On May 5th I ordered 70 yards of carpet to be installed. As of June 2nd I still don't have it, though they have half of the price of the same. First I was told that it was back ordered, then I was told that it was finally ran but had quality control issues, then I was told that it was ran and was on a truck ready for shipment on May 26th. On June 1st I had a voice mail message from Carol stating that she checked and my carpet still hadn't "landed", but that it didn't matter because she sent me a check in the mail 2 days previous. I have now learned from the mill that the carpet has been on back order since the beginning of this entire ordeal and isn't going to be ran until July 2nd. I am now looking at filing criminal charges of larceny by conversion if I don't get my check in the mail today. I have already spoken with legal authorities and have been told that I have a textbook case for larceny by conversion. Now I get a message from Carol today stating that my carpet has finally came (not according to the mill) but that I "can't have it" because I acused her of lying. All of these messages from Carol are saved on my answering machine, so I have excellent documentation. This has been quite the ordeal to say the least and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Also, the salesman ( who won't respond to my phone calls) had me write the check for the deposit out to him instead of the company to avoid some taxes. I guess that should have been the first red flag. I couldn't publish this without giving a rating and it wouldn't let me not give any stars so I gave one star only because I had to.
