A Local Van Moving & Storage

Review content:
WORST experience I have ever had, and I have done a lot of moving. I specifically wanted professionals. I got immature, arrogant boys who cared nothing about my belongings. Craig and Josh walked in ASKING FOR TIPS in the first 5 minutes.
Then they proceeded by repeatedly dropping boxes...even down a flight of steps. Boxes marked FRAGILE! No apology, no oops. Even when I watched Josh do it, he denied it. "Oh, it will be fine. We will do a great job for you. We have 10 years experience." They dragged an upholstered couch on end across the truck floor--no blankets under or on it. Gouged a wooden bookshelf on top edge of van--"oh, it is fine. There is a rubber edge."
I called Rick at the office. He sounded professional. He called Josh and Craig. Craig got better, Josh was a jerk to the end. Made excuses for his poor work, thought he was smarter than anyone else present. Both continued dropping boxes and banging up furniture. Rick said he would come out and supervise. He did not.
My 72 yr. old dad had to repack 1/3 of van after they left and tie down what they just laid in there. Glass pictures, mirrors laid flat on truck bed. Even after I specifically told them how I wanted it done.
I have hired high school and college kids who did a more "professional" job and DID NOT ASK FOR TIPS!!!
And heaven forbid anything ends up broken when I unpack...they make you sign 3 pages of "we are not responsible, even if our jerks drop your boxes down flights of steps" contracts.
And the NERVE to charge ONE HOUR TRAVEL TIME+ fuel. (Do YOU get paid to drive to work?) I guarantee it was neither an hour drive nor $25 fuel! No discount was offered for my troubles. (Instead wanted to charge me 5% to use a credit card!)
Oh, and like an idiot, I tipped them anyhow...because I am NOT a jerk. Just stupid, I guess. (They sure treated me like I was.)
