I wanted to comment on mayuri's post but could not because it was to long...
If you notice most people are not complaining about the food. I'm sure we understand food will taste different depending on who cooks it. But most people complained about the lack of taste. I complained mostly about being charged the same amount of money for awful food and half the amount.

This says something about the business, and its childish. How do you think yelp started?? People like sharing what they like and telling other people " don't go to that place because the food is bad!" That what a review is! People like giving options.
I think the point of the reviews is maybe priya was great 10 years ago, but its not now. Maybe you should work on that?
