Want to ruin a supposedly relaxing experience? Here, you can make an apointment just fine, HOWEVER you will not be received with open arms or even ushered in on time. In fact you will have to wait so long that there is no time left for your much needed and anticipated facial! Busy New Yorkers have no time for this place. Can't review their facials here because I didn't get the time because they had me waiting there for 28 minutes past my appointment time.
No care, no point, why bother. This place is a waste of time!
Pros: can book an appointment
Cons: wait half an hour and have to leave without a facial!
