Review content:
I have seen this place in detail. The number one rule is to TOUR the kennel, NEVER go someplace that doesn't let you see them and the dogs (not a 12x12 window in a door).
During busy seasons they house dogs in plastic kennels in their laundry room. Like others have said, some do not get food or water. The food they get may not be the food they're telling you. Some of their staff is abusive - even a couple managers. My neighbors boarded their eight year old healthy Lab there who DIED. Their 'explaination' is that the dog was just old. At eight years old, that's the best they could come up with.
I know countless other stories of dogs being seriously injured (including things like rusty wiring cutting the dog, dog bites, even a broken leg) and in most cases management did not call or EVEN take the dog to see a vet.
They lie about their credentials, knowledge, certification, that sort of thing.
