I have a gift card to use so I scheduled an appointment at the Vadnais Heights location. I had to cancel (7 hours in advance) and a Shoshanda, (spelling?) was rude to me about it and said I would be charged $20.00 because that is their policy. When I initially called and spoke to an Ashley yesterday, the "policy" was never mentioned to me. For a first timer there, the "policy" should have been discussed on the initial phone call yesterday, otherwise charging someone (if that spot doesn't fill) is asinine! Shoshanda was huffy with me, seemingly annoyed by me for bringing up the fact that the 20 bucks won't be coming from me if the spot does not fill but should be coming out of Ashley's paycheck for not filling me in on the policy rule. I hope in the future the girls on the phone show a little more respect to potential new customers, and that for each new client that calls the "policy" will be discussed to prevent future confusion/error. I will use my gift card, just not at this location now. As a person who's career revolves around great customer service, I expect the same in return. Thank you for reading!
