Businiess name:  Pirate Island Miniature Golf
Review by:  James M.
Review content:
Pirate Island has three locations. The 2 in Avalon and Sea Isle City are identical. The one in Ocean City, NJ is apparently different but I am not sure how so. Pirate Island offers 18 holes on a multi-level course (including a few inside a "cave"). There are some water obstacles, rocks, "rough," hills, etc. It offers a challange slightly above average. Kids will enjoy the waterfall and the "rickety" bridge along the course. There is a lot of replay value here as it just seems difficult to master no matter how many times you play it. Lots of crowds here on weekends and cloudy days. At $8-9 per game it is expensive, but there is an opportunity (luck-based) to win a free game. Worth a try to vacationers in the Avalon area.
