Businiess name:  Fairview Auto Salvage
Review by:  Janet G.
Review content:
Ok, so not to pull the old, "they tried to jerk me around because I was a woman" thing, but until I called Fairview Auto Salvage, that is exactly what I was experiencing. I needed a radiator for my old Buick Regal. I called around to several other salvage yards, and was either put on hold, talked down to, or told an outrageous price for the part. Then just as I was about to give up, I remembered I had seen an advertisement for Fairview Auto Salvage. Expecting the worse I gave them a call. A very nice gentleman answered, and without putting me on hold, or talking down to me, he looked up the part, and quoted me a price. The price he gave me was more than half off the prices the other salvage yards had quoted me! They were even kind enough to load the radiator into the back of my friends vehicle for me when I got there. It's good to know some businesses still know the true meaning of customer service.
