American legion park is one of the 2 public courses in Elizabethtown. The other is Pine Valley.
American Legion Park's par three golfcourse is a fun place to hack away. Do not come expecting a life changing experience at a world class course, instead, know what you are signing up for.
There are 9 holes, each one being a par three. It can be a great place to improve your short game. The course is maintained ok. This is a hacker's heaven...So expect to see a few divots in the course.
The best thing about this course is the price. On weekends (the most expensive days), it costs a mere $4.
They do not have an extensive pro shop. They sell a few kinds of golf balls, and a few golf tees. That is about it!
