Review content:
This new video store has a fairly good selection of new releases. They just recently had their Grand Opening. It was advertised on the front of the building that new releases were only .99. No where on the sign did it give an limitations. So after browsing the movies and making selections, we went to check out. This was just after 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday. We were then told that the new releases were regular price. I asked about the sign on the outside of the building and I was told that was from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There was nothing on the sign that gave hours for the offer. So I was a little put out by the bait and switch. It's possible that they are just that stupid to over look that the HUGE sign on the building didn't give specific hours. Video rentals are not doing that great with home delivery like Netflix and Blockbuster so only time will tell if Planet VIdeo will last.
