My fiance and i went to them to get a list to find us a home for our new family, well i paid $60 dollars for a list of homes. Now i went searching and searching they had homes that were run down and unlivable but we continued to look. We found something worth living in and we moved in it the beginning of Oct. 2009. Well in January of 2010 a woman representing Regions bank came and told me that i had to move cause the home i was in was sold in a forclosured auction. I was shocked and told her this was my home and i had been renting from a guy listed on rent max paper. There was nothing she could do so now i have been in a battle of trying to move and find another place to stay cause the home i found through rent max they did not let me know they do not do checks on the landlords of the homes they place in there advertisement. So basically you can find a vacant house take it to rent max and rent it out with out having to give info on if you own it or not. I wouldn't recommend renting from them ever. Or you may end up like my family looking for something else!!!!!!!
