Businiess name:  Harry's Shoes

Review content:
Bad: I bought a pair of UGG boots and told the salesperson they were for walking my dog in the snow. She was quite insistent that the pair she was selling me were fine. When I asked if they were water proof, she said they were water resistant and gave me a spray to waterproof them . I just returned from walking my dog in the slush and my feet were soaking wet. When I called Harry's to complain, I was told, over and over, that water resistant does not mean water proof.. Improvements: A more courteous manager who allows a customer to finish a sentence and to show some embarrassment about selling for so much so shoddy a product. I am now told UGG boots are only for warmth, not for walking in the snow. I do not believe anyone could possibly be this disengenous.. Other: I believe the store should post a sign in front of all their boots saying that it is appropriate for feet to get wet in water resistant boots if you walk in the snow..
