Review content:
We took both our dogs for what was supposed to be a simple exam. Come to find out that our vet was very rude and told us that we needed to do an ear wash and fecal tests and every time we would ask what that would cost her response that she does not know and that they do that at the front desk. by the time she was done examining both dogs the costs were above 500 dollars for both dogs which was supposed to be a simple exam. What and how I felt when they told me what it costs was upset and left wondering if they were serious. and the when I asked them if they were the receptionist just laughed. I feel that this clinic does not care for the people or the pets they bring in and the vets do know what things costs and the do provide any costs or prices until you have to pay for them. The joke was on us this time but I will dammed I f I ever take my pets there again!!!! My next step will be the better business bureau and department of consumer affairs.
