First time - Very Rude. *Didn't bother me much, (kill with kindness)* Flowers were arranged good. Second time - Not Rude *But very short with responses* Not Helpful with color selections. Final time - Flowers were not arranged as PROMISED.. Was told, "Asiatic lilies" would be included with bouquet on the day I ordered. When I came to pick flowers up (2days later) the woman told me she ran out of "Asiatic lilies", okay cool. Next ISSUE. Was told the day of ordering that they would put flowers in a basket and arrange them with items I purchased. (ie) Chocolates, Bear, Rose petals. But come the day I pick up flowers, they were not arranged the way I was told, Flowers were by themselves and basket was by itself with chocolates. I did not let that bother me. But I was very unpleased, unsatisfied, and disappointed. Come Today. February 15th, the Love of my life, opens her basket and is SURPRISED! Not to see her Favorite Candy!! But to see... (Cue the music).... DIRT! I REPEAT DIRT! How unromantic is that?! I paid EXTRA money for the basket arrangement! You could at least make sure it was clean! I would of understood if you were doing the Basket for FREE! But all in all. Every dog has its day, McDonald's Fries aren't always fresh. Lol. But I will be finding a new Florist. First, don't lie. Let me know your not going to be able to do something the day I order.*MOST IMPORTANT* I believe letting someone know they are special in your life shouldn't come with a DIRTY BASKET. But try them out, you might like it.
