I've tried "Vics Again" on Walnut 3 times now. The first time the coffee was weak. The second time it wasn't hot enough. The third time I tried a chai - it was also weak and bland. I get the impression the staff are new to making drinks and aren't doing it very well. I give a bit of a break because this is a new store for them, but 3 for 3 bad experiences is a bit much. I've never been disappointed in the quality of my drink orders at the Vics on Broadway or 30th. They'll never get a good customer base going if they don't get on top of it. Too bad; I like the location.
